    the ad on the first post looks ugly
    with such a large square and only one ad
    i think it will change with time
    overall
    nce placements nothing much to change
    you can also place a search box there

    Ad unit top right looks awful - the colours are just wrong. Also the rectangle at the bottom is a poor choice - put a banner there instead. It's AGLOCO by the way, not GLOCO as mentioned in your post.

    I would add a background color all the way down for your right panel and use the same BG color on your adsense ads there.

    Its nice wordpress template. I would suggest you to increase width of your template.

    It will look great if you keep its width to 100

    Have a look - its same wordpress and same template you are using.

    I am suggesting wider text area because sometimes you have to insert abit iwder images ;) Rest it looks fine
