I have about 300-400 unique visitors per day, but am only getting $1-2/ day. Any suggestions for my AdSense placement?

Your ad on the sidebar should be the same background color as the sidebar.

Why would I have to scroll way down to see the posts. Your blog should be aligned. And replace the half banner with a large rectangle.

I just realized that it is doing this in IE - it looks fine in Firefox. Can anyone tell me why it is doing this. Thanks, Wendy

I believe that placement and formatt is important..
However, the most important is still ad relevance to what your visitors came into your site for.

If i searched "offline marketing strategy" and your page came up in 1st position, i click on your page, and after reading much about the page, i see ads... however the ads are "online marketing strategy" related, I would probably not click on them.

My strategy is simple. stream-line targetted!!
