I am pretty new you know. I don't know my way around the site yet.

For starters, you need a lot more content, and a better theme. Do you realize that nearly half of your page is composed of advertisements? Hide the affiliate links, and incorporate them within your blog posts so that they seem to naturally flow from your content. The best advice I can give to you is to browse some of the more successful blogs to gain an idea; included amongst which is Self Made Minds and Uber Affiliate.

 

Ineptly designed site with no content whatever, its only two sentence posts with lots of lots of google ads, put some useful content to get visitors

 

I think the site isn't violating any adsense TOS.

Anyway, color of site and ads are not good. Also, there is so little content.

I think you should add more unique content and personally i don't like the design. I don't adsense is violating any rules.
