Please review my first website

Hi All,

I am John, I have build a new ecommerce store http://www.weliteupyourlife.com

I am sure I have done my best to make it this much. My nephew also helped me in this. I am getting 75-80 clicks per day, but I am not making any sales. Please analyze my website and let me know how I can improve it.
I know you guys are expert in building and managing store. I have done some SEO and still no result. No PR. I am waiting for the new PR update to take my site one step high.

I am looking forward for your valuable comments and suggestions

In my opinion, your photos are kind of small. I'd rather not see you waste the whole right column on testimonials and make your photos bigger instead. Lots of white space between products on your master pages, and when I click to see a larger image on the detail page it's not getting very much bigger.

Make sure your IMAGE directory is accessible via your robots.txt file, so google can index it. You'll get traffic just from people doing image searches for team lamps, clocks, etc...

Make your banner logo clickable to your home page. Also, your slogan "Neon signs, clocks, lighting, touch lamps, NFL, Nascar, College Logos" is part if your banner image, and therefore the search engines don't see it. Those keywords are vital to your rankings, and should be included as text somewhere up in there, not as an image.

I'm not crazy about the yellow/gold text and menu buttons (but I have seen worse).

On your Track Orders page you spelled 'reciept' (should be receipt) wrong.

On the positive side, the site layout is nice and it's easy to navigate and find things. It's a pretty good shop - good luck with it.

You need to work on your SEO. Meta Tags and Alt_Tags are missing. Get some good keyword rich content in your opening paragraph and link those keywords to the category pages or products. Get more content on each category page. The more targeted hits you get, the better your chances to convert the hit to a sale. I would scale your navigation menu down to the basics - signs, lamps, clocks. Then, have sub-categories Bar Signs, Food Signs, Beauty Salon signs ect.... You don't want to immediately hit the potential customer with too many choices. The design overall looks fine. I think with a little work you should do well.
