    1)Banner is too big that a normal user would think it as a static image site and would leave without scrolling down..............atleast the first heading shud be visible without scrolling.
    2) Text colour(not title) of sidebar including google ads shud be same as that of main frame content(little more white and visible).
    3) Never show feeds burner reader count in a brand new blog it gives an image that no one reads it. Get 50 readers first IMO.
    Also make the rest of Rss icons easily finadble by moving them above the place of auction ads.
