    I deeply request you all to review my new Blog and give your important and valuable suggestions about my ad placement in the blog.Are they correctly placed?How can I get more traffic and page impressions?

    I can see 3 ad units - 1 text ads and 1 image ads on the right sidebar and the last one right at the bottom.
    Not sure whether this could help but if I were you, I remove the one right at the bottom and place it with a half banner located somewhere in between blog post. Same goes for the image ads located on the right sidebar.

    The sidebar ads are now a failure for blogs....the reader don't even look at them.
    Place 300*250 ads after the post title on the post page and one image/text ad just below comment box..these are the areas mostly focussed
