    You need to review what you are doing for marketing. It doesn't really matter what the site looks like.
    Overall, I think your ad placement is not effective. All your content focuses on the middle with pictures. In addition, your content has many mispelled words as well as the images seem out of focus. I would put some of your ads in the middle of your content. What other types of methods are you doing to market your site? How are you increasing backlinks? You should connect with other resource type sites, where it offsets not just "graphic design" but offers graphic designed resources. For example, Purchase advertising to increase your backlinks.
