I would like to receive some advice and review on how I can better position my adsense for better CTR. I currently get around 300-500 uniques a day but my CTR is still very low.

Any tips would be highly appreciated.

    My url is: www.traderslaboratory.com.

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH :)

    1) technical sites are notorious for bad ctr.
    2) forums are notorious for bad ctr

That said, there are a number of things you can do. The main thing is to optimize the look of the ads. Right now they don't look like the rest of your design at all. Try a few designs that blend better. And track each with channels. In a month or so (when each has had at least a thousand page views) find out which channel performs best.
Second: you have room in your design for a links-element below your navigation - above the fold. That way you will have ads visible on all pages, without disrupting the flow of things too much.

Generally though: at a few hundred page views a day, the thing to concentrate on is content and promotion, not CTR.
