    The ad placement is fine. It may just be me but I found the website a bit slow. You might want to create separate pages so that you can add more ads, 1 episode per page might enable you to put extra ads.

    Yeah the ads are ok.

    At the end of the day the best test is your CTR and how much money it actually brings in.

    If you haven't split tested it already, you may want to consider doing so.

    It's all about test > fix > test > further optimize.

    Looks ok to me. If possible, try to use the same ad unit background color with your site. That would help on the blending aspect.
