    Add a ad above the fold (~800px)
    Your current inline ads are hidden very well, Not noticeable.

    Problem with having an ad above the above the fold is that it will obstruct the vision of the user and the links to my other pages won't be visible. Hence, my bounce rate will go up. I had an ad above the fold before and didn't see good results. :(
