    Good job on wrapping the text around your adsense ad, I can't see much placement changes that can be done.. but I would suggest changing the url link color to black instead of blue.. for better blending ;)

    Personally I would put the large block of ads underneath the first post. Leave the ones at the top though, like the skinny bar of ads.

    Just my opinion though :)
