    Please tell me if the placement of banner is good and if I need more of them etc.

    And also if you know why are banner shown only in Firefox and IE7 but not in Opera and IE6? is it problem in my site or in google AdSense? And if it's in my site please tell me how to fix it.

    well, i don't think the ads blend well. you also need to work on your sidebar. i think it's too wide and occupied too many spaces of your layout.

    Remove the link-unit and skyscraper. they never perform well.
    Replace them with a Large Rectangle (336 x 280) in the article, to the left side.
    Also if you could make the content page wider, by removing the skyscraper expand the content to that area.

    make the link color of your ads same as its text color...
