    I'm sure if you moves the adsense on the left above the login the CTR would increase but that'd probably annoy your users. Above "Can you answer this?" could be ok too. Or you could move it above the "Users media".

    Basically, people read from top to bottom so the higher the ads, the better.

    Your layout is fine. But I dont' like a few things:
    - The blue white/blue background is too smooth. You should try with a color more "aggresive".
    - Your sitename on top left is too simple and doesn't read well because of blended colors.
    - The horizontal scrollbar on message board is annoying.

    blending is good but i see "Affiliates" label above your adsense . i think you must remove it. you may be banned because of this

    Mate remove the 'affiliates' label above the adsense link in a hurry, it will get your account canned.

    Apart from that, the blending is pretty good.
