    the placement is good, but the blending is very poor
    choose the background color of the ad as to the same color of you background color of the website(orange) and put the ad text is white.

    and use at least one link unit

    Not so sure about the colour personally :) Maybe try to blend your google ads in with the background colour of the site...just a thought

    I'd take the border off the ads... and then match your content font to the font of the adsense ads.... and stick some horizontal ads in the top, middle, and bottom of your page.
