how do your ads convert into money? I starting to believe that in order to make visitor to make click on your ad you actually have to make your ad in some kind of way to stand out, if you know what I mean?, but in your case I think that you did a really good job and I really cant wait to hear how will it convert to click, so let me know!

the placement of your side ad is good.. just blend it with your template and it would be better and would also have more clicks.

better remove your ad in the banner.. placement of it is not good.. better place it in the footer.

Nice job. However, how do the ads tie in with your niche unless all your visitors are investors?

your better off with a leaderboard on top with no border and background...and the ad at the right also no background...put that top bar on top of the right ad just like on your navs...

    good luck...hope this helps...:D
