    I had written earlier that placement on the right is not a good one according to AdsenseGold.

    The top one is a NO NO. Just like a banner which is largely ignored unless there is some sexual element about it.

    remove the top banner, really. The side ads looks fine to me. Maybe you should decrease the size of the links under Latest Loans. Add some content maybe?

    You can bring down the top banner a bit. Just above "Latest Loans" or inside the table would work better. use channels to track the changes.

    Lose the top ads or you will be banned. Have a good look around at other sites. best way is to have a look at all the posts in the Adsense forum. Click on all the linsk to sites with Adsense to get the feel about how it should look and for placement. Also, get yourself a decent banner to replace the top ads. You can then place the ads underneath the banner and also colour coordinate it. Check the way I did mine here for an example.
