    I don't know how others like it, but I hate a big box ad that's before I get to the content. If it were me, I'd put a 468x60 ad up there, or whatever size fits, so that it looks like it fits in better. Also, your other two Adsense ads are too close to each other; I'd probably put the little box ad on the other side, which is how most people would recommend you do since readers will see it first that way.
