    i think change the ad on the top of news to banner ad. (to that half banner.)

    Firstly when you go to a post..the adsense is in there which is good, but there is also alot of other choices...related tweets?? do you get paid for this? And is it taking your visitor from your site.

    You should just have links to related posts on your blog with more adsense in them...and you should make the adsense fit a bit better into the post. You also only need one ad, not two...you will find they click better with one well placed add...

    The space next to the pictures is annoying...and then the adsense is slapped in there...make it look like its meant to be there. Part of the content.

    There are too many things at the end of your post which distract your visitors (its good for bounce rate, but not fr CTR) Try to remove Related news, videos and recent tweets, or may be use them on your sidebar, so your visitors will be forced to see and click ads.

    Very nice content. I can use your blog as an example for mine (not to steal your content or anything).

    My only suggestion is to change the color of your Google Ads. I've noticed that the ones near the bottom of a post is black... it distracts my eyes. I agree with mitz: the ads look like they were just slapped in there. For the advertisements above your content, I suggest doing a half banner format and not a big square one.

    very nice design indeed. but for adsense, design isn't most important thing. well-placed ads will make you money.
