Have you thought about getting rid of the right hand column and putting the ads under the navigation instead? Also consider reducing the number of ads on the page - perhaps instead of having four in the skyscraper banner just use one or two instead. There's only a finite number of relevant ads that Google will able to display for each page so if you cut down the number of ad units shown you might get better results. I'd also scrap the ad links at the top of each page and see if that makes any difference, plus perhaps split the manpages up so that you have a different web page for each one.

i think you should try to blend in the ads with the navigation more for moer click through rate. Also that Powered by Debian, is it really necessary? Kinda gets the attention from the ads? A link unit on top of "Welcome to Debianhelp.co.uk! As it suggests, it is as easy as Debian."
    would help too!

Ads at the bottom of the page wont get clicks as a percentage of the surfers dont scroll down to the bottom of the page. Place it some where above "structure of Linux".
