Please review my website (including two forums)....

Hi to all DP-members,

This is my first post on here. Have been here for some weeks and have learned very much from you members of this forum. So thank you all for that! 10 E-books cannot compares with all the stuff I have laerned from all of you.


I have a football (soccer) related website. Have been online since april 2005.
PageRank is only 2, but have submitted to almost 400 directories in the last month, so I hope the PageRank will increase little on the next update.

I am using MKPortal as portal solution, and IPB (two licences) as forum solution.

Here is my website: http://www.footballunlimited.net/. The website is in norwegian, but I have also a international forum as part of the site with almost 900 members (in three weeks).

Have removed ad link which was under under my banner and two large rectangles which was in the middle of the main page. I was served only Adsense related ads in the last month (it was great before with football related ads). I dont know whats the problem, but I can see football related ads on http://www.footballunlimited.net/index.php but not on http://www.footballunlimited.net/.

Here is my norwegian forum: http://www.footballunlimited.net/forum which is integrated in the portal.

Looking good with images and ads together? This is the first day I have images with the ads, so I hope it will work. Anyway without images I recieved almost no clicks, 3-4 cliks daily....typicaly forum.

Another stand alone forum, the international forum: http://www.footballunlimited.net/forums

The same as norwegian one.....almost no clicks..

Can I do something to increase the CTR? What is the problem with ads on the main page? Only Adsense related ads are there....

Everything worked fine before I upgraded to PHP5 and MySQL5, so that can be the reason, but I am not a expert....

Any other suggestions?

I can try that, but I am seeing only Adsense ralated ads on my main page.

www.footballunlimited.net/ Down on the botton as a test I have two ads, but both of them are showing AdSense related content. "Free Adsense eBook" "AdSense for search", "AdSense ready websites", "Get rich using AdSense"....etc etc....everything was fine for about 3 weeks ago or something...

But if I go to www.footballunlimited.net/index.php then I can see football related ads and everything is looking fine. But visitors and members are comming to http://www.footballunlimited.net not www.footballunlimited.net/index.php, so they cannot see the relevant ads.

 

Nobody knows why they are serving only AdSense related ads on mye main page?

 

I must ask for the last time....

I hope there is someone who are able to help me...

When I type direct page index.php it works fine and shows related ads, but when I type in just the domain name it shows worng adsense ads.

Then I can only see "SQL Builder OCX" "Adsense Search" "Aqua data studio, cms, hosting etc" ""Get rich using AdSense"" etc....only ads related to AdSense, CMS, MySQL etc...

But when I type direct page index.php then I can see related ads...

 

I think you should wait for site to be re-indexed once again. I believe that it was visited by robot during your update of server software and now shows wrong ads

 

Ah yeah, my host recently upgraded to PHP 5.0 and MySQL 5.0, so that must be the reason...

Have sent email about this to Google.

I am getting only hosting and MySQL related ads.
