I get 700-800 page impressions a day and about 3 clicks.
sometimes for 3 clicks I get 1$ and sometimes 10 cents.

Well, it to me it seems like your ads blend in quite well to your page and IMO that is bad. Personally I had trouble finding your ads. So if you make them the opposite way around (orange background, navy lettering) that may help.
    Thanks

Actually no, make the bckground white, not orange. And keep the lettering orange. That is what I would do!
    Thanks

Maybe you aren't getting a lot of clicks because the orange text on the link name is hard to read.. try using yellow, it'll be easier to see ;) I would also try adding in another adsense or 2 (you're allowed a total of 3 units). You can add one above your tutorials in the content area (with a white background and black text/link) and another one on the left navigation (same blue background and white font). Don't place it under the "links" area because that would break TOS. You can place a tab like yours:
    and place the text: sponsors

I suggest making the ads blend in more with the rest of the page. The black border around the scares me.
