    Hello,
    I've been running my blog off and on for a couple years now. I have never really seen Adsense results, I think it's against the TOS to say how much you are making, but let's just say that I have never had enough for them to send me a check. I recently started the blog back up and thought I'd take a crack at actually seeing some results.

    I'm getting more clicks this time around than I have before but that could be due to better content and the rise of social networking sites.

    I would GREATLY appreciated it if you take a look at my blog and review my use of Adsense. Please focus on the actual posts like this one. My fear is that my colors are great for aesthetic purposes, but terrible for converting Adsense clicks.

    I'm looking forward to the responses!

    Site looks good. The placement you have at the top is good. You might want to add another one (maybe a large square) below the first post. That will bring a few more clicks from the curious who want to see more of the page.

    Looks fine. Best way is to experiment with a number of different placements & see which works best.

    A decent site, you might consider inserting a 300x250 banner near the articles.

    It looks great from my perspective but I'm not the best at extracting max CTR so take my opinions with a grain of salt...

    The only suggestion I've got is regarding the top ad placement in the actual posts.

    It looks like a single Banner sized block... It's not very visible.

    Try chabging it to another sized ad block or maybe changing the colors (or border) to make it a little more visible.

    PS: Another suggestion, shrink your header image a bit... it's eating up a lot of screen space and draws the eye away from the content/ads on top.
