    i can that you used the default adsense setup...blue on the title is good but blend the link and the text color in your ad...and add halfbanner ads in your posts...

    Ads to the right side of the content don't perform as well as ones on the left, middle, or upper center. Consider blending the rectangle in the content or half banner between posts.

    The placement is nice
    I would say that you should keep a check on where you get the traffic from because your referring sites have same placement then CTR sux .
