    It's OK.
    You can put the 336 x 280 banner right above the first post for some aggressive advertising.
    However in my opinion, wait until you don't get some good traffic.

    colours are good and i suggest you to use one more ads unit (square ads can be a good alternative for you) inside your content or between blog posts may give you better ctr

    ur site kinda has a lot of white space in FF...

    and the bottom ad is sticking out of your lay out...
