Hello friends i am searching here and there for a good CMS which may help me in developing a good and reliable real estate website.

I am not an agent or dealer for properties , instead of that i want property agents, owners and buyers may come their , create free and premium accounts with their respective limitations and get connected to the buyers or sellers.

After searching a lot i could find only a single script mentioned here :http://www.realestates.com.bd/realestate_demo.php
But somewhere on google i found that this script has severe security vulnerability (SQL Injection specifically)

    So please help me !

I want it to be super secure and reliable as this will be first commercial project under my new company .

    1. Please tell me best script for my needs , i am ready to pay nice amount ! So please mention scripts whatever their cost may be.
    2. Is the script mentioned above safe ?

You can go for Joomla or Drupal. Both are famous and most used CMS. But rather than these CMS, i suggest you to develop your own application for real estate as per your need.

I don't think there is a dedicated CMS for real estate. You can engage a web developer to develop the website instead of DIY. Once it is done, request back the control panel and maintain yourselves.

Joomla or Drupal. Joomla much easier in programming, but Drupal has more functionality

Wordpress, Joomla, and drupal all have tons of plugins, extensions and themes. I would choose Wordpress over the others due to its ease of use, amount of support out there for it and it will be easy to do SEO for in the future. Wordpress sites seem to be easier to promote and again there are a ton of plugins out there SEO.

Joomla is the best option for you.. All the functionality like adding properties and stuff... The backend is kinda tricky , i mean like to change the articles and stuff unlike other CMS... or else build the site from scratch.....
