    Banner is not complementing(blue and black) the theme(red and white) ....... Remove one side bar so that content cud be more viewable ...... content is way too much squeezed.
    Also too much adsense cud a harm to a new site ......... think of every click on adsense as every lost potential visitor lost .........who cud have posted a new thread or a post worth 10cent in itself.
