    1. change your ad position..why dont use leaderboard at top center of the web..just under the header....make your main container 728 width

    2. the color of the web is quite dull...make it little bit shining

    I would get rid of the vertical skyscraper. I would move the login section to the rightnav top. And in place of login box, I would place Google link only ads.

    You don't have much content so it is difficult to blend you ads. Still few changes will bring you more clicks.
