    I want to make stock illustration and sell on stock photo website. but the problem is my design skills are not very good.

    so what I do is I take an image from stock photo website and make my own image from scratch using the original image.

    so my question is that is it copyright violation. please take a look at attached images and suggest me if they will be copyright ok or will it be considered as stealing.
