    Asking the AdSense Team directly is good advice, but I would do it after implementing a Privacy Policy.

    To be honest with you, it looks a bit risky, theres quite an amount of adsense and not a lot of content.

    Actually, I think he has just the maximum amount of adsense units allowed per page. Reminds me of an MFA page though.....while it may be allowed by google, they may keep it from being indexed.
