    or if it is wordpress then how they used /blog former to main page. If i try to login from http://www.lovelysms.com/wp-admin it don't have wordpress install.

    If you go to the link in the above code, it redirects you to a WordPress login. It looks like a custom site using WP just to cover some services, not for the whole site's management.

    The second site you listed is incredibly ugly and takes WAY too long to load. I don't think it's a CMS anyway. I would suggest moving on from this kind of site.
