    first one design : it's looking cool light blue color shirt with white color bra matching little bit...

    second one design: another one great change shirt dark blue with pink color bra good....

    just for sugestion, you can give another color hair, maybe dark purple or try another color, looks so diferent :)

    Great start! I'm guessing you want advice so I'll give it. I'm a professional designer of 25 years and have been using Photoshop since it's release. So I hope you'll take this as helpful suggestions and not criticism, that is NOT the case here.

    The first one has a bra that is brighter than the shirt, while the color correction was done perfectly, try toning the bra down by bringing the color to a layer that you can fade back the opacity. This will help cut down the vibrant tone and make it work with the shadows a little better. I like the shirt and wouldn't change that at all.

    The second photo is very nicely done. High Key, (all white background), images are very easy to cut images from. I can see the drop shadow/outer glow effect you've added. VERY nicely done. Try playing with the depth and see how it might look with the shadow being closer or farther away from the subjects to see what effects you can generate. Learn from playing.

    You've got talent, that's for sure. Keep up the great work!!!

    nice job. I like the second one most - it is more realistic.
    to me - first one is too much coloured (high in saturation)

    Looks great, although the colors on first picture seems to be a bit to much I think.

    I love the second picture, and it kinda seems like you have added some extra hair for the second lady to the right?

    Nice work on the color correction in the first image. As a designer, I can see the freshness in the work.
    But in the clipping work(second work), I don't think you clipped the girls from a white background and added the background and shades. Is it the other way round?
    Is the "before" image is at the right and the "after" image at the left??
    Because,
    - the second girl from left is having her ends of her hair 'erased' and
    - there is little bit of the grey background visible below the last girl's left shoe(in the white background image)!? ;)

    Other than that, nice work though.
