the ad at the middle blend the background with its background...and u had a diffrent color set up of your ad in your posts...i would suggest follwing the color scheme with the ad at the middle blending the bacgrounds...i would remove that link unit and maybe change it to a half banner...

The skyscraper ad in the middle look good to me,
I would remove the link unit and change it with something else.

 

use ad units and put ads between content adn use red text for ads and orange url

Well adds are well blended, no question for that. Maybee one on the right side.
I just dont like the background, but still that´s personal. Have you tried a light green like this forums default background?
