    phpNuke is a good CMS script, but not very secure.

    Joomla and Mambo are my favourites...

    Your blending is good but I would suggest you take out "favorites" and "top sites" because it is against TOS:

    Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.

    It is taking way too long to load and you may loose visitors. It could be the CMS? Sometimes optimising or choosing a different template may help but it is usually the CMS and graphics.
