Pls Recommend a Suitable CMS for Specialists

    Hi, I intend to build a website which primary purpose is for Specialists to market their service. This website has these requirements:

    • Allows unique login, access, and management of individual web space within the website
    • SEO-friendly
    • Allows limited posting of articles and pictures
    • Paypal-ready
    • GoogleMap-ready
    • Billing Management (for Admin)
    • Allows Specialist to opt for "Premium Listing" where their details would be displayed on top of non-premium ones.

    Any constructive recommendations is greatly appreciated.

    Based on what you have described, I would recommend a Wordpress MU site with Buddypress, but you will have to get a few premium plug ins to get all of those functions., especially Pay Pal, and Billing Management..the rest you can find as free plug ins.

    your requirements through 1 to 5 should be easy to do by lots of cms, Billing Management is a Key points， JBudgetsMagic or jAccounts extensions for joomla can help you. the last one... Frontend Access Control extensions: HIDER, Article Access Plugin, etc...
