I am new to adsense and I need some help. I don't have any idea if my ads placement is against TOs of adsense since I just get approved today and I don't have any idea if I placed my ads accordingly. Your suggestion and help is indeed appreciated. Thanks a lot

I would adjust their color to suit your blog as now they are attracting attention and quite annoying.

Of course if you want to get attention at any cost, you can leave as it is now.

I think placement is well but you can change your theme color or blend your ads with theme.

I think it's good, but you should make all the colors green of the ads.
Also There is nothing there against the TOS. I think.

looks pretty good... .the ads along the top blend very nicely... any way to take the ads along the side and drop them underneath your "about me" links, but ABOVE your blog archive? This way they look more like your own links, and people might be more inclined to click them, albeit accidentally. :)

I would put some small banners between the posts and make all backgrounds in the adverts and all of the text the same colors. Other than that it is a nice site. :)

Perfect placement and perfect color. Do you know 57% of the blog visitors love to see dark colors. No need to change the colors but try to change the color and url of the ad as follows:-
Ad titles green and url blue

i Think the bottom add should be with black background, and the top add is perfect, you should make all the ads like that.
