    With the recent changes to the Digg algorithm, I'm not so sure the power accounts are as important as they used to be.

    You now need a certain number of people who aren't your friends to vote on the story before it can become popular.

    Also, I've found on StumbleUpon that it really doesn't matter who submits your story, if it's good it will become popular eventually.

    Propeller, is spam central at the moment. It's just a case of adding everybody and waiting to see who sends you messages before you send them back.
