PPC Consulting Pricing / Account Ownership Structure

    Hey everyone,

    I'm thinking about starting to do some ppc consulting, but I'm looking for some opinions on how to structure this part of my business..

    Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to best charge new clients for my services without being strictly hourly.. I realize that's a pretty loaded questions since it depends on the goals of the potential client, but what are some structures out there that seem to be widely used?

    Also, who usually pays for the PPC activity in accounts? Should my company pay and bill the client later (to protect my intellectual campaign property)? Or should I be using a client created account where they have full access (How do I protect myself in this situation?)?

    Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
