    More traffic will bring more earnings but wont bring a higher CTR. CTR means click through rate and is not depended by traffic (as long as traffic is not extremely low; law of small numbers in statistics).

    Thanks everyone....I guess I need to focus on the links.....my traffic right now is between 700 and 800 uniques each day...80% of that is organic search traffic.....any good suggestions on getting one way links?

    3% CTR is good... and with 700 uniques per day you should be able to earn more.

    To increase CTR you should play around with the ads format and see which format gives you the most CTR. Especially with the ads 'above the fold'.

    For my site the rectangle works better than the board. It gives me about 5-7% CTR. But then again, what works for me may not work for you, so you should try and learn... :)
