PR3 domain name, and no clue what to do

    Hi there,

    I have a domain .. according to google its PR3.

    The thing is, i have no clue what to do with it, i removed the old content .. pligg (digg kinda script) because it was heavily spammed, and i lost the motivation to delete 100's of daily spammers.

    Any suggestions?

    If i sell it, the PR3 ranking will go away. And i find it a bit of a waste to just get rid of it. But i honestly do not have any idea what to do with it :)

    Perhaps a linking directory or smth?

    Wrong, the Pr will not drop simply because you sold the domain.

    As for a directory i would`nt go down that road, There is nothing worse than people using any old domain for a directory just beacause it already has Pr.

    Without knowing the domain its hard to say what to do with it, but i would stick to something within the names niche.

    atleast host it some where and keep the application running. else a dorment domain losses back links and PR too. Let me know if you need any help.

    PR 3 is good, but whats the name of the website? Create some unique content + adsense

    Then make some money off by selling links.

    Why not turn the site into something that interests you; it's easier to make money when you've got a passion and/or knowledge for what you're doing.

    You can try selling it - depends on the niche and title of domain. Do you not know what to do because you lost interest? If you can change the content, try that. If you are simple bored with it, I would sell the entire website. There may be someone who has interest in your topic.

    Hi,

    the name is hotblogornot.com .. used to have a digg kind off website on it. but i got spammed like hell, and got fed up with removing spam links (+/- 100 daily orso).

    At this moment, wordpress is installed with buddypress.

    It seems a bit fun at this moment to try to create a blogging for money community with this, but then again .. buddypress might not be the best solution for these sort of ideas. there are better packages out there, like socialnetwork, phpfox or boonex
