Are you revenue declining, increasing or stable? If it's stable or increasing, I would suggest keeping your domain for a few more months before selling it. If it's declining, I would sell it off as soon as possible.

I'm not too sure about the domain/site price range. Can you tell us how the revenue is earned from the landing pages? Pay per impression?

for that amount of traffic, seem like the revenue still consider low.
find more way to moneytise it.

Wow, I wish I had such a domain. How long did you have the domain for? Did you do any major promo campaigns on it?
    Thanks.

Parked domains usually go for 24 to 36 months revenue. 108,000 to 162,000. Id honestly throw up a basic site and make some money off advertisements, subscriptions, etc and get the earnings a little higher, then you're sitting on a site worth more.

24/36 times... I never sold a domain but I am on the lookout to buy domains and in the category sites for sale I see 8-12 as the going rate.
Is the price you mention more for high traffic or adult

10-12 is typical for a site (have to produce content, hosting charges, advertising expenses, etc etc).

24-36 is for a parked domain because you have to do nothing to it.

    clear...thnx
Didn´t saw it that way as I have quite some `set and forget` sites that are on a hostingaccount for unlimited domains. but I understand the logic why someone would pay more for a parked domain
