Problem in Typo3 with subdomain and RealURL

    Hi,
    I have 2 websites, both on the same Typo3 installation. The first site is on www.domain.com and I've managed to configure it correctly to work with RealURL. But the second one, which is on subdomain.domain.com has a problem with the links to the its pages, the links are created SEO friendly, but when you click them they redirect you to subdomain.domain.com.
    In my template for the second website I've setup RealURL:
    config.simulateStaticDocuments = 0
config.baseURL = http://subdomain.domain.com/
config.uniqueLinkVars = 1
config.tx_realurl_enable = 1

    I think the problem might be with the configuration of Apache, do I need to do any extra configuration within Apache?
