Problem with my MAC

    I'm not sure if this subject really fits anywhere here at DP so I'll ask here.

    It takes forever for my printer (HP 2210 all-in-one) to print docs from my iMAC G4. I've been told this is inherent with MACs because drivers are written for Windows based hardware.

    I understand there are open source drivers that help to alleviate or, hopefully, correct this problem. Does anyone know where I can find these or another solution?

    Again sorry this isn't the right place for the question.

    Well, this is the reason I stick with PCs instead of Macs. Everything seems to be designed for PCs.

    My best advice is to start by going to the HP website if you haven't done so already. They usually have drivers for specific operating systems. Perhaps they have one for the Mac OS.
