    I looked at you site and it is all pictures, very little text. The ads are targeted for the very few words of text on your pages. Ex. kids hair styles pictures show hair style ads for me.

    I don't know what ads you are trying to target or how you want to improve them, but you would really need to add text to your pages instead of just photos.
