Product sales here. Compared to AdSense they are much more stable and dependable.

Plus you are able to combine a lot of off site startegies that might not work for an AdSense site

Product sales will always be #1 (if your not an affiliate). For me, adsense is that nice big check in the mail that says "attaboy"

Selling product is where 99% of my income comes from. Traditionally, advertising would be a secondary income, but that has definately changed with the opportunities that internet provides :). I prefer actually selling a product since I think it's less risky (who knows how long affiliate programs will survive...).

Products make up the largest part of my income, products help you brand and grow your business, you can get referrals and non SE traffic by selling products.

I'm torn. I like selling stuff (the reward is better - you feel good that people like the stuff you stock), but also you have more hassles (complainers, UPS punting boxes, damaged goods, returns, etc).

Sometimes I wonder which I prefer. Which makes more money is obvious, but its not exactly the same thing ;)

Most of our sites it's service but a few are product. Some of the product sites do really, really, really well. :)

Services (Ebay Templates, logo, web design, SEO) products, but intangible...so I guess thats services

I have been thinking about pre-building some ebay templates and selling those...then that would be more of a product, where I could resell the same items over and over again......I'm babbling now aren't I...(must get sleep)

The only money that comes in directly from my sites is from adsense. I'm building a couple of product sites (affiliate) just to try and bring income in from other areas.
99% of my income is generated off line but I'm aiming to have that change to about 50/50 by the time AdCenter and Yahoo's advert stuff goes live.

Yes. All of you complaining about 4 ct clicks should look into shifting products that make you $200 each. Actually, don't! ;)
