    It is free. Why don't you just do it yourself?? Why not find more relevant networks and focus on those?

    Myspace, Facebook, Youtube & Digg are all free... I don't know what made him think they cost anything... If he's looking to pay someone to promote his site on those networks, then that's different. And as I said before, he's better off just doing it himself.
