    so i sold a website here a month ago,and now pp is saying it was bought with a fraudalent pp account..what is the best course to handle this?..the member was new and i should have been more wary i suppose..

    The best thing to do is to use Escrow for these kind of things which involve a bigger amount.
    And specially when the member is new over here.

    I think the best thing to do is use more secure payment methods such as moneybookers/payza/libertyreserve. Paypal is only buyer friendly.
