    Hello Digital Point friends !
    What is the SEO influence of having a link from your site next to a Spam link?
    In the case specifically where a comment is posted on a blog with a link to my site in the form or body of the comment and the last comment is automatic spam.
    And of course all the comment links are nofollow...

    It depends on how much spam there is at the page level and overall site level. If the comment section isn't moderated, they'll probably be more spam in the future. Comment backlinking was spammed to death over a decade ago. As it's all user generated and you have no control over the quality, I'd use different backlink methods (unless the site stays on-top of the spam).
