psd to cms help

    hey everybody
    im not a great coder when it comes to xhtml and i dont know absolutely nothing about php...
    i have this poker psd template for my site that i want to develop into a cms so i can update it regularly
    i found a site that turns psd into cms (joomla 1.0 or 1.5) which joomla v. should i choose??

    and does anybody have experience with sites that turn psd to cms?

    I prefer Joomla 1.0x at the moment, but I'm forcing myself to like 1.5x because Joomla say they're not going to support the original version after midway through next year.

    If you know nothing about either you may as well choose the 1.5 newer version, there's nothing wrong with it - just I'm not used to it yet. :)
