Public Service Ads on Entire Account

I've had a Google Adsense account for over a year. Today, I noticed one of my sites is showing public service ads. To my surprise, I took a look at my other sites and found they are all running public service ads? The ads have been running for around an hour.

What's going on here? Is it possible Google is investigating my account or something? I have never had any problems with Google Adsense before and follow all their rules.

The only change out of the ordinary lately with my Adsense is I was smart priced for the past few days and managed to finally overcome it a day ago. Also, my CTR took a huge jump in a matter of days after I removed some low performing ads on my account.

Heh, I'm guessing that your ads are on a proxy or something.
