How do you get your sites into someone's face?

Give the forum your best ideas to gain attention for your websites in this thread. We all need traffic, but is any traffic good traffic?

We had one guy come on Digital Point from Serve Traffic and he did send hits to our site from exit traffic, is this a good way to put your sites in the face of web surfers?

What are your ideas?

 

I have had very good success with using prweb and prleap just because if the press release gets picked up, generates a lot of exposure for a very small cost.

Yeah Mohamad, but it is always better to get traffic that is targeted, in the mail order business if you rent a mailing list there are many categories of lists.

If you are selling investments for example, a list of Fortune Magazine readers would be a good list to mail to, but a list of migrant farm workers would not be a good one to send your mail to.

The same thing applies online, direct Marketers have been using this sort of technology for over 35 years or so and a lot of that same knowledge and testing of marketing campaigns extends to marketing on the internet.

 

well in this case u should work on it...i mean if ur website is about graphic design then u shoul look where are graphic deigners crowded as in forums or specific chatrooms then u tell them about ur website by the ways u see it is good according to the conditions...u got me????

 

Correct, or you could simply buy a banner ad on those sites and you would not have to hang around posting every day just to reach that crowd.

You could also buy Adwords or Overture ads or try to work out link deals with those sites.
